What the app can see in your Telegram
Kramtage reads a channel in one of two ways. If the channel's admin added our bot, the bot reads it for everyone who follows it. Any other channel on your list is read through your own Telegram account once you connect it, and only the channels on that list.
What the app reads
- Messages from the public channels and groups you've added to your list
- The text of each post, with its captions and links, and whether it has a photo or video
- The channel's name and when each post was published
What the app never reads
- Your private chats and direct messages
- Channels and groups that aren't on your list
- Your contacts or anything saved on your phone
Questions people ask
How do I add my own chat?
After you sign in, paste the @username of a public channel or group you follow. If our bot is already in it, it works right away; for any other channel you connect your own Telegram first. Its posts appear on the map as they're read.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for a city you've saved. Open the map once, hit Save for offline, and the basemap plus the last batch of events live on your device.
Can I delete my account?
From your account screen. One click and everything goes: your subscriptions, your AI key, and any events linked to chats only you were reading.
Do you sell any data?
No. We don't sell or share your data. Ads on the map are shown by city and are never tied to who is looking.
